Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 12-36 hours (excluding holidays and Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and another once it has been delivered. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is free for domestic orders. Products should arrive within 3-8 business days after they have been shipped. An expedited shipping option is also available for an extra fee (fee based on delivery address and ranges from $9.99 to $19.99.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: CA, All of EU, and AU, 


If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to all countries not listed above. 


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

If you offer multiple international shipping options, you can list them in a table as well. You can include broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RhinoRope is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


You can also go to our Track Your Order page entering your email and order number to receive tracking information.


If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
